Today the Microsoft Cloud offers under only one umbrella:

  • Microsoft Office 365 for personal productivity and organization communication and collaboration
  • Microsoft Azure for cloud-based services and applications and hosting your server-based applications in the cloud
  • Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) for identity and security management for your application, information and devices.

Not only are these useful unto themselves, but they are designed to work together to empower organizations to achieve greater productivity, cost efficiency, and business optimization.

What you'll learn

We will create a simplified Intranet with one Domain Controller, one App Server, and one Windows client – everything hosted in Azure. Next step will be to connect this environment to a Microsoft 365 tenant and configure Cloud App Security, Advanced Threat Protection and Advanced eDiscovery.

During the second part of this workshop, we will configure Azure Information Protection for labeling and protecting sensitive documents.

All steps will have two sections: the first one with a small solution introduction, applicability and scenarios, and the main section hands-on where each participant will have to configure each of these solutions.
